What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building full-stack platforms, particularly LMS and compliance-reporting systems, while growing my skills in system security, encryption, and CI/CD practices.

I've built learner management systems, healthcare platforms, and e-commerce applications across React, .NET, PHP, and PostgreSQL. At MTL Training and Projects, I develop LMS solutions for enrolment, assessments, and SETA/QCTO-aligned compliance reporting.

I built the NBSN learner management platform with biometric attendance, facial recognition, payload encryption, and a Flutter mobile app. I've also improved production PHP document delivery, built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and developed platforms including Find and Return and LifeCareAssist.
