Designed and implemented a sophisticated RAG chatbot for Zain Kuwait's financial division, featuring automated document chunking, vectorization, and embedding pipelines. Architected RBAC systems and developed AI news avatars for Al Jazeera and Okaz, plus a companion chatbot for the F1 mobile app.

Led development of AI-driven e-learning platforms, implementing machine learning models for personalized content recommendation and student performance prediction. Architected full-stack AI applications and managed technical teams, training over 200 B2C students and 3,500 B2B learners.

Co-founded the PyData Tunisia community, organizing workshops and training sessions on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science. Delivered 100+ technical sessions across universities and corporate clients.
