What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Data Analyst role at a Big 4 firm.

At Teleperformance Global Business, I work on Amazon Rosetta Premium Process, handling customer contacts across US, Brazil, and Mexican Spanish lines while maintaining 85–90% KPI performance.

I analyze customer interactions to identify repeat-contact drivers and process gaps. I also track escalation patterns and provide data-backed insights to process owners, supporting refinements to resolution workflows.

My analysis toolkit includes Excel and SQL, along with data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and KPI/SLA tracking. I hold the Microsoft Excel for Data Analysis - Data Analyst 101 certification.

My background includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Netaji Subhas Open University and University of Calcutta.
