I'm interested in transforming data into actionable business insights.

At Genpact, I worked as a Process Associate Apprentice, handling customer calls and assisting with queries, concerns, and service-related issues. I followed established processes and escalated complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

For my E-Commerce Sales & Customer Analytics Dashboard project, I analyzed more than 50,000 transaction records to examine sales trends, customer behavior, product performance, and regional patterns. I cleaned and transformed data using Python and Excel, then wrote SQL queries to analyze revenue, profit, customers, and category performance.

I built an interactive Power BI dashboard with KPIs and visualizations to monitor sales and business performance. I also hold the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera.
