What I'm looking for

I'm transitioning into data analytics and seeking a role where I can use SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI to analyze operational metrics, identify data quality issues, and communicate performance trends.

At TELUS International AI Data Solutions, I analyzed machine-generated transcripts and developed Excel reports to track quality metrics and data trends. I also audited datasets and applied validation and privacy standards in AI/ML data operations.

My earlier work at Amazon Development Centre (India) Pvt. Ltd. involved validating data and investigating inconsistencies. At Etech Global Services, I evaluated customer interactions and developed scorecards and reports for performance reviews.

In my customer shopping behaviour project, I cleaned data with Pandas, answered business questions in MySQL, and built an interactive Power BI dashboard. I also analyzed website engagement by channel and hour using Python visualizations, identifying engagement patterns and an attribution gap.
