What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team where I can lead UX/UI work with a product approach—solving real user and business problems, improving usability metrics, and mentoring others while delivering polished experiences end to end.

I am a UX/UI designer with 8 years of experience. During this time I have completed more than 100 projects and successfully delivered them.

What distinguishes me from others is that I do much more than what is expected of me and surprise with the result. I approach the design process with a product approach that focuses on your users and solves business problems.

In my most recent role I created and developed digital product designs based on Ucell business goals. I developed a new CRM interface that connects 10 million subscribers, built a design workflow for call operators, and improved UX by reducing the number of clicks from 2–4 to 1–2, increasing work efficiency and accelerating customer processing.

I also design and redesign end-to-end experiences—from mobile applications and admin panels to web interfaces—often using user research and clear UX/UI structures. I have worked across fintech, telecom, e-commerce, and media, and I enjoy mentoring designers while building design systems with components and patterns.

Developed an e-commerce product for the Uzbekistan market and designed the Open Market mobile app within the Open Biznes app. Designed a new, user-friendly admin panel for marketplace sellers to track orders and manage products.
