Marina Tkachenko

I’m a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience across fintech, edtech, corporate, and startup environments, focused on designing user-centered mobile and web products. I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, and I enjoy turning business needs into clear UX flows and strong UI experiences.

Since 2024, I’ve worked in the development team at VTB Bank, building the Multibank service within the bank’s B2B mobile app for small and medium businesses. I handle end-to-end UX/UI—from MVP through redesign and feature expansions—while contributing to a 2.8% growth in the app’s client base. I also work on onboarding and government support features, and I support the design team with a design system and processes.

Before VTB, I strengthened my UX craft through roles across edtech, software/web, and freelance projects. At Netology University (2021–2022), I led user-flow and UI work based on business insights, contributed to design system/processes, and mentored new designers through onboarding. As an edtech/web & mobile UX/uidesigner (2022–2024), I led user research (teachers and students), created prototypes for testing, and delivered interactive solutions for an educational platform; earlier, I also delivered usability-focused presales and high-impact web redesigns, including work that increased monthly active users and improved conversion and user satisfaction.
