I’m a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in business finance, FP&A, Capex governance, workforce analytics, and business case evaluation within retail operations. I focus on translating complex data into leadership-ready insights, with a strong drive for automation, analytics, and process excellence.

In my current role as Deputy Manager | Business Support / Business Finance, I analyze Sales and Qty PSF trends to identify anomalies and support capex business cases for store expansion and operational improvements. I develop and review business cases for strategic, ad-hoc, and sustainability focused Capex initiatives, and I lead end-to-end Capex and refurbishment analytics using Power BI to audit spend ownership, improve Capex–Opex classification, and evaluate vendor and store-level cost efficiency.

I also evaluate store performance after refurbishment using trend analysis and the Regression-to-the-mean principle to assess whether improvements are temporary or sustainable. I own end-to-end CIA preparation and governance using the Pareto principle, and I support workforce planning through SQL-based insights on attrition, attendance, and incentive structures, alongside variance and trend analysis aligned with Parkinson’s Law to strengthen cost governance.
