What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead evidence-based organizational improvement, scalable operations, and multidisciplinary teams across healthcare or education.

I founded and lead Brick Road Therapies, building a behavioral healthcare organization through strategy, operations, financial management, compliance, and organizational growth.

I create SOPs, workflows, policies, quality assurance processes, and onboarding systems that support scalable, compliant operations. I also recruit, coach, and retain multidisciplinary teams while applying Organizational Behavior Management and performance systems to strengthen engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, I directed clinical operations at Purple Door Academy and supervised a team of seven clinicians, leading trauma-informed, assent-based training and quality improvement efforts.

At Logan Community Resources, I co-developed an ABA classroom within a public elementary school and partnered with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to expand support for students with complex behavioral needs. I bring behavioral science, systems thinking, and data-informed decision making to sustainable improvement across healthcare and education.
