Performed load, stress, and performance testing for an ERP system and web application using Apache JMeter, including 100+ concurrent user scenarios. Conducted REST API testing with Postman and contributed Groovy-based Katalon Studio automation for smoke/sanity/regression/integration validation across releases, mentoring 2 junior QA engineers.

Owned end-to-end QA for multiple web and mobile projects, creating and maintaining test scenarios, cases, test data, defect reports, release notes, and QA sign-off documents. Built and executed 300+ test cases (functional, regression, UI, compatibility, exploratory) and supported production releases with final regression and post-release sanity checks.

Tested web and mobile applications across functional, UI/usability, and compatibility areas and validated execution across 10+ devices. Created test scenarios from requirements and Figma designs and supported 20+ production releases with regression and sanity testing while collaborating with developers and designers on bug fixes.

Handled end-to-end quality activities across the software testing life cycle, including requirement understanding, test planning, test case creation, execution, defect reporting, and closure. Logged defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, screenshots, and severity levels, gaining experience in web and mobile testing across Android and iOS.
