I’m looking for a role where I can modernize legacy Rails applications, build secure REST APIs and React components, and optimize databases and background jobs for fast, reliable performance.

I’m a Full Stack Software Engineer with ~3 years of experience specializing in Ruby on Rails. In my recent role, I upgraded legacy Rails 4/Ruby 2.6 systems to Rails 7/Ruby 3.0, improving application security, maintainability, and overall performance.

I focus on measurable backend and API wins: I reduced company-wide event communication email execution time from hours to under 20 seconds, and brought high-latency API endpoints from ~100 seconds to 2 seconds through query optimization and refactoring.
