I partner with client leadership to align portfolios with business priorities, establish PMO governance, and drive KPIs, OKRs, forecasting, cost controls, and SLA adherence. I also lead teams of 30+ and build training and certification pathways.
Previously at IBM, I led service delivery, transition, and transformation initiatives including data centre builds, application migrations, platform consolidations, and service transitions across the UK, EU, and US. Across IBM and Hewlett Packard Globalsoft, I managed full project lifecycles for infrastructure delivery across EMEA, APAC, and the US. My work includes a Watson-based chatbot that reduced IT helpdesk volumes by 20% and a PMO upskilling program for 100+ project managers.
