At Lenovo, where I support Jio World Centre, I manage IT infrastructure operations and servers across ESXi and Hyper-V environments. I create and deploy virtual machines, handle conversions, and support ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
I also administer Active Directory and DHCP, respond to server-down alerts, and use PowerShell for system administration and routine automation. I provide basic support for Linux servers and work with Azure and AWS portals for cloud resource oversight.
I built an MCP server for Claude AI to automate daily tasks and run workflows. In this role, I also work with R-Service Desk and Jio Observability (Grafana).
Previously, at U&D Square Solution Pvt. Ltd., I managed virtual machines and worked across Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019. I handled patching, troubleshooting, certificate renewals, and incremental backup restorations using Barracuda, Veeam, and CrashPlan.
