At Noisy Beast, I was the sole finance operations resource for an Australian advertising agency, working from India to Australian hours and deadlines. I processed 75–80 supplier invoices daily across six currencies and maintained the flow through a migration to Accountability (Counta).
After the migration from Xero, WorkflowMax and Hubdoc, I used Claude and ChatGPT to prepare and pre-fill invoice data, keeping every entry in a review queue for verification before posting. I also used n8n for routine handling steps.
I supported monthly payroll for a 102-person workforce with different engagement types and pay treatments. My work included timesheet audits, PAYG withholding, Single Touch Payroll, superannuation, ABA payment files and GST reconciliation for BAS preparation.
Before Noisy Beast, I was a Senior Compliance Officer at IMS, conducting internal audits and process evaluations against external legal requirements. Earlier, as a Project Manager Intern at Vmukti Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I coordinated workflow execution for government CCTV deployments and maintained production logs and asset records.
