I’m a Senior Payroll and Billing Specialist with experience managing multi-country payroll operations, payroll reporting, and compliance processes under tight deadlines. I review payroll setups, support data migration/transition, and validate bi-monthly payroll outputs to ensure variables like salary revisions and tax calculations are correctly captured.

Across my roles, I’m known for quality, accuracy, and timeliness—processing payroll and expenses monthly/bi-monthly for assigned countries, producing MIS and cost-analysis reports, and serving as a subject matter expert. I also provide responsive client advisory support for payroll, salary, taxation, and expense-related inquiries, including resolving complex questions and correcting payroll errors.

Before payroll, I built a strong foundation in billing and accounting through Accounts Receivable and Accounts Executive work, including aging/invoice reconciliation, bank and vendor reconciliation, month-end reporting, and contract/terms interpretation. I’ve worked hands-on with tools like Workday Payroll/HRIS, Payzaar Payroll, and Zendesk, and I’m comfortable mentoring peers while contributing to methodology and operational improvements.
