At R Systems International, I contribute to TeleVoxAIVoicePlatform, a multi-tenant AI voice assistant platform for healthcare-style call workflows. I built backend integration paths for OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, and for Twilio and Telnyx voice workflows.
On TeleVox West, I built backend and AI integration pieces for TJO, including retrieval-grounded conversation flows. I also developed Practice Edition capabilities and led development of the wellness campaign module.
For Pure Storage, I automated asset creation and integrated Salesforce and NetSuite APIs. I also developed AWS Lambda functions that aggregated data into Snowflake-backed reporting workflows.
Earlier, at Excellarate, I delivered features for an order management system and worked on web crawlers, React buying-board features, and backend migration work. At Vyankatesh Software Solutions, I designed and developed logistics application UI and optimized SQL queries for dashboard reporting.
