As a Business Analyst Intern at Unified Mentor Organization, I defined a KPI framework and built a Power BI dashboard using DAX-driven metrics and time-window segmentation—surfacing that evening slots (6–9 PM) drove ~40% of weekly revenue while being consistently understaffed. I also automated weekly and monthly reporting pipelines with Power Query, reducing manual effort by ~60% and enabling real-time performance monitoring.

At Suvidha Foundation, I segmented the donor base with SQL to show that the top 15% of contributors accounted for ~60% of total funds, reframing growth from acquisition to retention. My work also spans predictive and analytics infrastructure—designing a Python pipeline for traffic-flow data reconciliation at IIT Roorkee and building predictive frameworks for real-time traffic state inference.
