What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead ESG/TVET and green-skills ecosystem mapping, monitoring, and upskilling—partnering with governments, chambers, and institutes to align NCVT/ITI training with sustainable employment and future-of-work needs.

I’m an ESG, TVET, Sustainable Strategy, Degrowth, Environmental Policy, and Future of Work expert with 25 years across industry and Centres of Excellence. I started by heading training and skilling functions at a NASSCOM-led Centre of Excellence, then scaled capability-building work with chambers and industry bodies.

I’ve led and designed end-to-end strategies, learning systems, and Centre of Excellence initiatives—spearheading consulting and portal development, commissioning national and international knowledge partnerships, and delivering training models aligned to client needs. My work has included sustainability reporting for member companies and consulting across standards such as AA1000, ISO 26000, and GRI-G3, alongside Balanced Scorecard design and auditing.

Today, I focus on mapping, monitoring, and upskilling NCVT-aligned skills institutes (including ITIs) and creating and connecting green skills infrastructure and ecosystems across the emergent skills landscape in WB & Tripura, partnering with GIZ and IIM Calcutta. With qualifications spanning Sustainable, Inclusive Human Capital Development and Environmental Law & Policy, I build practical, implementable strategies that translate sustainability into employable skills.
