I’m a data analyst with 10+ years of experience in financial services and customer insights, recently relocated to California. I translate complex datasets into actionable strategies that improve retention, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams.

In my most recent role as a Data Quality Analyst at TELUS (Sept 2024–Jan 2025), I analyzed and validated large datasets to support data quality, customer behavior analysis, and AI-related research initiatives. I reviewed user interaction and clickstream data, assessed accuracy and consistency against operational standards, and supported data categorization, annotation, and validation to improve search relevance and AI performance.

Previously at Citibank UK (Jan 2017–Sept 2024), I analyzed operational and financial datasets using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to support KPI monitoring and regulatory initiatives. I built dashboards and recurring management reports, performed reconciliation and exception analysis to reduce reporting errors, and supported Brexit-related transition work by validating data accuracy and coordinating operational reporting.

I also bring experience from clinical and operations contexts, including a consultant role as a Clinical Data Analyst at Aptus Clinical (Mar 2020–Dec 2020) working with EDC systems, query management, and data integrity through the trial lifecycle. Across roles, I maintain strong documentation, work well with structured and unstructured datasets, and focus on quality, speed, and measurable impact.
