As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern at ICT Option Pvt Ltd, I contributed across the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting. I played a key role in validating system functionality through various testing phases and helped streamline the QA process through automation. My accomplishments include designing and implementing automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver, which accelerated test cycles and improved overall product quality.
