I am a customer-focused retail and hospitality professional with experience leading teams, improving store presentation, and delivering consistent service. I bring a practical approach to operations and a track record of supporting sales goals through merchandising and staff coordination.

In retail I served as Merchandise Associate, Team Lead, and Sales Associate, working closely with management to increase sales, execute floor moves and window installations, monitor stock levels, and maintain brand-aligned displays. I handled daily KPIs, opening and closing procedures, till counts, audits, and payroll tasks.

More recently, I supported training and food-preparation operations at a franchise location, assisting the training manager, preparing the store for service, and ensuring high standards of customer service. I also have experience moderating chat content, enforcing guidelines, and maintaining accurate records.

I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and work well both independently and in teams. I enjoy roles that allow me to solve customer issues, improve processes, and help teams perform reliably under pressure.
