What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead full-stack, DevOps, and AI workflow initiatives where I can improve architecture, delivery pipelines, and product outcomes with cross-functional remote teams.

I've led full-stack and DevOps delivery at PROSHORE, guiding a 13-member engineering team across sprint deliverables and technical architecture. I re-architected Docker and CI/CD deployment pipelines, reducing deployment time from two hours to three minutes.

I build high-performance web applications, microservices, and AI workflow solutions using MCP and RAG vector graph integrations. I also resolved three critical technical-debt bottlenecks in legacy codebases, improving reliability and team output velocity.

At Aerion Technologies, I developed survey-based React applications with real-time chat, enhanced cross-platform mobile apps through Capacitor, and integrated GPT-4 into a project management platform to generate JIRA tickets and user stories. At ESR Tech, I delivered and modernized platforms including OtisHealth, Jeweltrek, and ESRTech.
