Paediatric Intensive Care nurse delivering evidence-based care and clinical leadership for critically ill children.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated Paediatric Intensive Care nurse with a BSc (Hons) in Paediatric Nursing and broad hands-on experience across major UK and international tertiary centres. I consistently deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill children, including advanced life support and ventilator management.
My clinical experience spans major trauma centres and specialist cardiology units, where I have managed intubated and ventilated children, supported families through difficult times, and collaborated closely within multidisciplinary teams. I demonstrate strong leadership, delegation, and cultural adaptability working in fast-paced environments.
I bring additional strengths in patient education, vaccination delivery, and community volunteering, combined with language skills in Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu and the ability to read and write Arabic. I am committed to compassionate, family-centred care and continual professional development.
