I'm looking for a role where I can update my knowledge and skills while contributing to my own development and the organization's growth.

At MOVATE (formerly CSS), I lead a team of 10+ employees, assign work by expertise, monitor SLA delivery, and support the Project Manager when needed. I also connect with clients bi-weekly to review team performance and outcomes.

I've handled worldwide RMA creation, proactive and TAC RMAs, service orders, customer cases, Salesforce CRM updates, and coordination with Flash Global Logistics. Earlier at Kochar, I resolved customer complaints by phone, assessed customer needs, and followed up to ensure timely resolution.
