What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data analyst/BI role where I can build Power BI dashboards and SQL-driven reporting, automate insights with Python/Excel, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist with strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python, paired with stakeholder management and communication that helps teams make faster, better decisions. Across my roles in Sana’a, Yemen, I analyze business and operational data from ERP and multi-source datasets, translate it into actionable insights, and build interactive dashboards and automated reporting to improve operational visibility and efficiency.

I’ve developed and optimized SQL queries for extracting, cleaning, transforming, and validating data from multiple systems, and I’ve automated recurring reporting using Excel Power Query and Python. I also strengthen data reliability through data quality frameworks, validation and cleaning processes, and governance/compliance practices, while designing KPI dashboards for program monitoring and evaluation. When needed, I lead requirements gathering with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, operations, IT) and deliver evidence-based reporting through dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
