What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead software quality and test automation, collaborate across technical and business teams, and keep growing toward crypto markets and digital asset trading.

I’m a result-driven Senior Software Quality Engineer with 7+ years of experience in technical analysis, system monitoring, and data-driven reporting. I’m ISTQB Certified (CTFL) and bring an MBA background with exposure to financial markets and asset management principles. I focus on building confidence in releases by aligning testing with performance and risk targets.

At ITONICS Nepal, I spearheaded test strategy for enterprise-scale applications, mentored a team of 4 QA engineers, and coordinated release planning with Customer Success and Release Managers. I’ve led performance testing with JMeter and worked on Azure Active Directory integrations including SSO/SAML and SCIM. I also established monitoring processes and communication protocols to help development teams and stakeholders act on quality findings.

Across my roles, I’ve implemented automation and testing for web, API, and mobile—using Selenium WebDriver, Pytest with Playwright (and Page Object Model), Katalon Studio, Postman, and Swagger. Recently, I also shifted into teaching as a QA Instructor, training students on test automation and API testing fundamentals with hands-on reporting in TestRail and bug tracking in JIRA.
