At C3i part of HCLtech, I design and deliver training for new hires and existing employees. I create training materials, SOPs, and assessments, then evaluate performance and provide coaching.
I also monitor employee performance against quality standards and KPIs. Through call audits and process reviews, I identify recurring errors and recommend corrective actions.
