At Ascom US, Inc., I manage Accounts Receivable ledgers for accounts across the Americas and Australia. I handle credit management, cash application, and collections, and work with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues.
I set up customer accounts, including credit reviews and references, and maintain customer records in the ERP system. I also review expense reports and reconcile the monthly credit card statement.
I submit sales tax directly to the Department of Revenue in over 20 states and coordinate with state auditors on sales tax audits. I also maintain monthly financial reporting and month-end closing processes, and coordinate with auditors for annual financial audits with PWC.
Before Ascom, I was Assistant Manager at SafeStreets USA Authorized ADT Dealer, where I supervised a department of eight reviewing contracts for funding. I also submitted commission and base pay for sales team members and technicians across the east coast.
