I’m a Registered Nurse with 6+ years of experience across home health, pediatric inpatient rehab, and case management. I bring a strong focus on care coordination, patient education, and complex clinical decision-making for diverse populations.

In my current Adult Home Health RN role (case management & care coordination), I manage high-volume caseloads and coordinate care across providers and disciplines. I complete comprehensive assessments, build individualized care plans, educate patients and families on medications and self-management, and document every interaction accurately and timely within EMR systems.

Previously, I served as a Pediatric Inpatient Rehab Travel RN at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as a Charge Nurse and care coordinator. I coordinated care for pediatric patients with complex neurological and post-surgical conditions, led interdisciplinary communication between providers, therapists, and families, and supported discharge planning and long-term recovery transitions.

I’m also experienced in high-acuity home-based care, including IV therapy, PICC/CVAD support, wound care, and TPN, as well as pediatric charge/preceptor work. I’m drawn to remote opportunities in case management, utilization review, or clinical coordination where I can leverage clinical thinking, clear communication, and tight documentation to improve outcomes.
