What I'm looking for

I’m looking to provide structured, evidence-based mental health support for individuals and couples, and continue contributing to well-coordinated digital projects by keeping schedules clear and client goals on track.

I’m a Mental Health Therapist with 11+ years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of mental health concerns. I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and bring a steady, client-centered approach to every session.

I use evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotion Focused Counseling. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, substance use disorders, trauma & abuse, grief/loss, and eating disorders.

Before long-term clinical work, I built project delivery experience as a Digital Project Manager at Digitas Inc. and Organic, Inc. I managed digital marketing projects from start to finish—coordinating with creative, engineering, product information, and technical resources, running project status meetings, and keeping schedules on track for clients.
