Led the design and deployment of advanced legal automation solutions using Contract Express to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Implemented HighQ iSheets and workflows integrated with Contract Express, supported client workshops and training, and contributed to legal template standardisation and knowledge governance.

Positioned knowledge management as a strategic priority across KSA offices through local KM and legal-tech awareness campaigns. Identified and implemented legal technology solutions, including Harvey AI, and streamlined and automated English and Arabic legal documents to improve consistency and efficiency.

Set up the firm’s Knowledge Management department and built an intranet knowledge base to centralise information and make it easily retrievable for lawyers and staff. Created legal document automation and knowledge/efficiency initiatives for corporate practice groups, including building and maintaining know-how and precedent banks.

Integrated legal technology and established intranet and automation systems to improve document handling and accessibility across the firm. Led automation-focused initiatives for high-value documents in English and Arabic and delivered KM and onboarding/training programs for junior legal staff.

Advised multinational clients on labor matters and managed end-to-end legal support including contract review, legal drafting, and entity incorporation. Conducted legal research and translated key corporate and regulatory documents between Arabic and English.

Assisted with drafting and reviewing legal documents for banking operations and supported compliance research on financial regulations. Participated in client meetings and external counsel interactions to gain practical exposure to banking transactions and legal negotiations.
