I'm building hands-on mechanical design capability through CATIA-focused CAD training, automotive assembly work at Bajaj Chetak, and practical engineering projects.
In the Bajaj Chetak electric-vehicle assembly environment, I support stores operations while gaining exposure to material flow, component handling, inventory movement, and shop-floor manufacturing processes. Previously, I worked alongside certified technicians at a Volkswagen Service Station on servicing, diagnostics, repair, disassembly, and reassembly.
My diploma project integrated an EV powertrain with an ICE gearbox using custom mounting and transmission linkage. I've also contributed to SAE SUPRA vehicle design activities and industrial machinery installation with MII Robotics, and I'm looking to apply my mechanical fundamentals and manufacturability awareness in a junior design role.
