I designed a 3D bicycle frame model in SolidWorks, considering its geometry, dimensions, and structural requirements. I then used ANSYS to evaluate deformation and stress distribution under applied loading conditions.

For a machining project, I designed a low-cost Minimum Quantity Lubrication system to deliver a controlled amount of lubricant to the machining zone. I focused on system design, fabrication, optimization, and performance evaluation.

At MSD Packers, MIDC, I trained as a Maintenance Engineer Trainee and learned about industrial equipment, maintenance techniques, troubleshooting, and industrial processes.

I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have also participated in an academic project on predicting lithium-ion battery RUL. My ongoing U-shaped clamp project involves analyzing stress and deformation with ANSYS.
