I'm seeking a senior remote role leading global O2C, AR/AP, billing, month-end close, automation, controls, and high-performing finance teams.

I've led global AR, AP, O2C, and billing operations at Safeguard Global/Deel for more than 13 years, managing invoicing, reconciliations, vendor payments, disputes, multi-currency transactions, and month-end close across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas. I sustained 99%+ billing accuracy, delivered C-suite dashboards, and drove invoice automation that eliminated paper-based processing.

I lead remote finance teams through hiring, cross-training, performance management, policy documentation, and audit-ready controls. Earlier, I built MIS reports, RAG scorecards, and Advanced Excel dashboards for Max Life Insurance's North Zone operations.
