I'm looking to translate business and operational needs into well-tested software products, collaborating closely with users, product teams, QA, and developers in a remote-friendly environment.

I'm an independent Product & Business Analyst working directly with Malaysian SMEs to turn e-invoicing and operational pain points into practical software workflows. I gather requirements, coordinate with technical resources, validate SQL and API data flows, and support delivery from discovery through testing.

At Ledger Brains Digital PLT, I built and maintained front-end components in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React while manually testing web applications across browsers. I documented, reproduced, and triaged defects so developers could resolve issues before release.

I've also supported client web applications as a freelance Business / QA Analyst, automated validation with Selenium and Python, and analyzed microlending and operational data for Touch 'n Go and Smartbuild.asia.
