I built and operate its Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry stack; define SLIs and SLOs; lead incident response; and turn post-mortem actions into automated fixes.
Previously, I led Linux infrastructure at GliderIT for more than five years, operating production servers, virtualization, networking, backups, and client incident resolution.
