What I'm looking for

I'm looking to keep building safer, user-focused software through end-to-end QA, automation, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

At mattilda, I moved from Technical Support Analyst to QA Engineer and helped lead the company’s shift toward safer deployments during rapid growth. I own testing across invoicing, payments, and accounting, automating more than 200 test cases and maintaining regression suites for core products.

I’ve also served as a temporary product owner across three platforms, refined requirements, and built AI-assisted tools connecting implemented code with Jira to speed up test definition. Earlier at Cisco, I earned my CCNA and built a chatbot that queried network vulnerabilities through an API to help keep engineers alert to P1 bugs.
