I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience testing web, mobile, and API products at high-growth tech companies. I translate business risk into test strategy and partner closely with engineers and product managers to ship reliable software at scale.

At Lyft, I founded QA coverage for the entire Lyft Business organization as the sole QA engineer across 3 product teams and 25 engineers, building E2E test suites from scratch. I scaled my approach with AI tools (including Claude) for test plan generation, test data creation, and regression suite management—while applying critical review to catch logic gaps and edge-case coverage gaps.

I led cross-functional QA for the Business Rewards launch (Aug 2025) across 4 engineering teams, coordinating 3 QA engineers and executing functional, non-functional, localization, and accessibility testing. I also performed manual validation with TalkBack (Android) and VoiceOver (iOS), intercepting 88% of critical defects in staging and reducing post-deployment issues to 12%.

Earlier roles strengthened my execution foundation: at Rappi, I used Zephyr to reduce test execution time by 50% and managed full defect lifecycles in Jira across environments. At Conekta, I wrote and executed regression test cases in TestRail, built Android automation with Appium, and validated APIs in Postman; I also run defect triage through two-week sprints.
