I lead end-to-end requirement discovery with clients at OneIT Custom Business Software, turning business objectives into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and requirement traceability.

I scope requirements through feasibility analysis, dependency identification, and impact assessment, then partner with technical teams to estimate effort, project costing, and implementation timelines.

I run Change Request governance end-to-end—documentation, impact analysis, effort estimation, approvals, and scope management—and coordinate developer walkthroughs before sprint execution.

During UAT at OneIT, I work closely with QA on defect validation, regression testing, and production deployment, and I’ve built automation-focused process improvements as a Cisco Systems Software Engineer Trainee.
