At Charltons Quantum, I work with digital-asset businesses on regulatory research, structuring, drafting, and public-facing content. For Tashi Protocol, I prepared a 48-page opinion on whether its token would be treated as a security in Singapore, the UK, the EU, and the US, concluding it was a utility token in all four jurisdictions.
I advised Babaru on structuring its token launch, setting up a BVI token issuer alongside a Cayman Islands foundation, and preparing SAFT agreements and related compliance documents. For Leventis, I advised on the regulatory structure for a tokenised art index fund in the DIFC.
I also write legal explainers, jurisdictional briefings, and regular Web3 regulatory publications for Charltons Quantum. My work includes comparative research across more than 20 jurisdictions, using primary legal sources to make regulatory positions clear to clients, investors, and readers.
