At Lexplosion Solutions, I advise corporate clients including listed companies on regulatory compliance, statutory applicability, and practical compliance frameworks. I assess legal requirements across labour, data protection, financial, AML/KYC, and SEBI regulations.

I conduct due diligence and compliance audits, prepare risk assessment reports, and translate legislative developments, circulars, and judicial decisions into actionable advisory notes. I also contributed to a compliance automation tool for SEBI LODR disclosures and compliance mapping for Labour Codes and DPDP rules.

Previously at Panda Law Firm, I supported commercial litigation, financial matters, and corporate insolvency proceedings before the NCLT and High Courts. I drafted and negotiated NDAs, MSAs, service, vendor, and consultancy agreements while assisting with legal strategy and client advisory.
