I’m looking for a role where I own quality and turn data into BI-ready dashboards—using Python/SQL and analytics to drive measurable decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow my end-to-end impact on products.

I’m a Software Engineer who leads end-to-end content development, integration, and QA testing for e-learning products, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality user experience through Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and a proprietary authoring tool.

I supervise a team of 5 across three products—building test strategies, presenting results to internal teams, and onboarding new members with hands-on training on system functionalities and best practices.

I also turn data into actionable insights through projects like end-to-end retail analysis (SQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau with EDA, trend analysis, and RFM segmentation), Telco churn dashboards (Power BI, EDA), and customer sentiment analysis on large-scale reviews using Python-based NLP features such as Bag-of-Words and TF-IDF.
