I've led finance and accounting operations at Tata Consultancy Services, managing month-end close and reconciliation activities for a team of four.
I prepare and analyze intercompany variance reports, review FX journals and MTM files, and oversee AR aging, bank postings, and balance sheet reconciliations. I work closely with onshore client teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and internal audit compliance.
Previously at Genpact and Capgemini, I handled balance sheet reconciliations, cost allocations, prepayments, accruals, reclassifications, AP/AR analysis, and HFM reporting. I've also coached team members to meet SLA and KPI targets.
My experience spans IT services and FMCG, including GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. I enjoy financial modeling, process improvement, and mentoring teams on strong reconciliation and month-end close practices.
