What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead finance operations, close, controllership, and transformation work where I can strengthen controls, develop teams, improve ERP-enabled processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.

At Wipfli LLP, I lead end-to-end Record-to-Report operations, from journal entries and reconciliations to financial reporting, variance analysis, and management insights.

I manage a 17-member team delivering R2R, P2P, and O2C services. I coach teams, manage performance and deadlines, and serve as the primary client contact for accounting solutions, governance, and escalations.

I strengthen internal controls, support compliant financial closes, and build KPI dashboards that give leadership a clear view of financial performance. I also drive standardization, ERP optimization, and AI/ML-enabled automation to reduce manual effort.

Earlier, I led close, fixed-asset, inventory, payroll-accounting, and reconciliation work at Brady Corporation India and Capgemini. Across 15+ years, I’ve focused on making finance processes more accurate, scalable, and useful for decision-making.
