What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a controllership or R2R leadership role where I can improve financial close accuracy, resolve complex reconciliations, lead teams, and partner with global stakeholders on process improvement and automation.

I've led Record-to-Report controllership operations at Accenture, managing a 15-person team delivering balance sheet GL reconciliations across global entities. I work directly with global stakeholders to resolve high-value exceptions, improve close accuracy, and reduce legacy open items from USD 10M to USD 21K.

My work spans financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end close, audit coordination, US GAAP journals, SAP, and Blackline. Earlier roles in corporate finance, SME ratings, and chartered-accountancy audit gave me hands-on experience in reconciliations, financial statement analysis, compliance, and reporting.
