At Parekh Ecom & Warehousing Services, I lead the digitalisation of manual business processes and built a transportation management system from 0–1 across road and air operations. The automation reduced billing time from an average of 20 minutes to 3–4 minutes and reduced outstanding ageing by 30 days.
I'm passionate about product management, from discovery, user research, PRDs, roadmaps, KPIs, and UAT through rollout and continuous optimisation.
