Led an AI/OCR programme end to end that cut a request form from 8+ manual fields down to 2. Platform adoption moved from 23% to 87% in two months, and I brought AI processing cost down by ~50% by extracting document text before prompting.

I’ve delivered measurable operational impact by digitizing core workflows. I conceptualized and rolled out a container survey mobile app that reduced container survey time by 80% and increased throughput roughly 4–5x, and I supported an international Dubai rollout with configuration, training, and go-live support.
