I’m looking to own enterprise product delivery end-to-end in logistics/supply-chain, partner closely with engineering and CXOs, and use Agile plus AI/OCR and integrations to ship measurable outcomes from requirements through UAT and deployment.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner with 12+ years in software delivery, including 7+ years in business-analysis and QA-lead roles across logistics & supply-chain technology, enterprise ERP, and BFSI/ATM domains. I own products end-to-end—from requirement inception through design, build, UAT, deployment, and post-production support—across 10+ initiatives and 5+ enterprise integrations.

I deliver with a quality-first mindset, combining Agile delivery, SDLC, and strong BRD/FRD authoring with user-journey design and API/system integrations. I partner with founders, CXOs, and product leadership on strategy, prioritization, and enterprise-scale execution, ensuring requirements are traceable and UAT-ready.

In my recent role, I’ve led integrations and mobile/product delivery—designing the DO OCR feature that drove adoption from 23% to 87% in 2 months, and conceptualizing the CASA mobile app with offline-first capture and auto-sync that increased gate movement by 25%.
