I’m looking for a Workday reporting role where I can own end-to-end analytics delivery, optimize Prism/report performance, enforce governance and security, automate recurring work, and partner with HR business teams to deliver trusted insights.

I’m a Workday Reporting Specialist and Workday PRO Certified Reporting Specialist with 9+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive reporting solutions in Workday. I leverage data analytics to drive business insights and improve decision-making across HR and enterprise stakeholders.

My core strength is building high-quality reporting across Workday modules—including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Learning—using tools like Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Workday Prism Analytics. I also design interactive dashboards and complex report types (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to make information easy to discover and act on.

I’ve owned end-to-end delivery through requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment, including production support and maintenance. Highlights include creating a Total Rewards Dashboard, developing HR Audit Report suite work, building a Skills Dashboard, and delivering compensation reports widely used by over 250 managers.
