I’m a Workday Consultant with 4.3 years of experience across HCM, Workday Integrations (Studio, Core Connector Worker), Workday Reporting & Analytics, Calculated Fields, Prism Analytics, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll (support), and Workday Security & Business Process Framework. I deliver end-to-end Workday integrations, reporting, analytics, and functional support for enterprise clients, combining technical implementation with clear communication to onsite stakeholders.

In my current role as a Workday specialist at GLOBESTAR SOFTWARE LIMITED (Dec-2024 to till date), and previously at Mphasis LTD (Feb-2022 to Dec-2024), I’ve built and maintained Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations using EIB, CCW, PICOF, and Workday Studio. I design complex solutions with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and Prism datasets—transforming and enriching data (including external/non-Workday sources) to create dashboards, trend analysis, and secure analytics at scale.

I also configure business processes and manage Workday security (ISU/ISG, domain/BP permissions), including role-based, user-based, intersection, and segment-based configurations. From UAT through pre-production, I resolve issues efficiently, support payroll processing activities (pay group validations, reconciliation and audit reports), and support end-to-end lifecycle needs across Recruiting, Talent, and Performance cycles through custom reporting and calculated-field analytics.
